Data Operations Specialist at Lotlinx

Lotlinx is seeking a Data Operations Specialist to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems. This role involves driving performance optimizations and contributing to the growth of Lotlinx's SaaS products. Reporting to the Data Operations Lead and collaborating with the Product Operations team, the specialist will leverage technical expertise to monitor, maintain, and govern data assets.

• Proactively monitor data pipelines, integrations, and workflows.
• Perform routine data quality checks and address anomalies.
• Audit databases and reports for accuracy.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies.
• Analyze product performance and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct competitive analysis for growth opportunities.
• Troubleshoot data, reporting, or integration issues.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business).
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with large data sets and databases (BigQuery, MySQL, or similar).
• Knowledge of reporting platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics).
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate technical details clearly.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and office productivity tools.
