Doctolib is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join its MarTech team. This role is essential to drive data-driven insights through insightful analytics and reports.

What this role involves:

  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track key metrics for CRM, paid media, and SEO.
  • Conduct detailed SEO analysis, including keyword and backlink analysis.
  • Analyze customer data and engagement across various touchpoints to enhance customer segmentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Work closely with SEO, CRM, Paid Performance, GTM, Data and IT departments to ensure alignment.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to Marketing team members on analytics practices and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Analytics, MarTech role or in Campaign Management.
  • Experience in campaign management and understanding of the entire marketing funnel.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital advertising platforms, and SEO tools.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or similar.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
