Contract - Product Designer at TribalScale

TribalScale is seeking a Contract Product Designer to help shape the future by driving digital transformation. The role involves working with Agile methodologies and AI to create digital solutions. Based in Toronto, the company has a hybrid workforce across the Americas.

Role involves:

• Applying design thinking principles and UX design strategies.
• Producing materials for clients and developers (user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and assets).
• Leading design discovery sessions and providing recommendations to clients.
• Leading client meetings on design-specific matters.
• Mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth.
• Managing communication cadences with project stakeholders.
• Identifying and implementing changes to processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI.
• Proficiency in UX design (user flows, wireframes, prototypes).
• Strong skills with design tools like Figma.
• Experience in consulting or presenting to senior stakeholders.
• AI-first mindset and user-centric approach.
