Job Description

WOO X is seeking a (Senior)Specialist, Project Management Office to join their PMO team. This individual will be responsible for planning and prioritizing new projects, security upgrades, and system integrations. They will define clear goals and timelines, ensure projects stay on track, and facilitate smooth communication between teams.Role involves:

• Driving cross-functional projects with clear goals and timelines.
• Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Operations, Design, and Business Intelligence teams.
• Tracking key performance metrics and resolving roadblocks.
• Translating business needs into actionable plans.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of PMO processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or program management.
• Strong understanding of the digital asset ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across time zones.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English and Mandarin.
• A structured, data-driven mindset.
