Wildlife is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Analyst to join their User Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the distribution strategy for one of Wildlife titles, managing budget allocation and operations of all User Acquisition campaigns across paid social and ad network platforms. They will serve as the connection between product and marketing teams, prioritizing and managing different disciplines to attract players.
What this role involves:
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize new user acquisition and retargeting campaigns to maximize revenue and ROI.
- Craft and execute strategic marketing distribution plans for our games.
- Contribute directly to expanding and engaging our player base through cross-functional teamwork.
- Drive innovation on new strategies and tools of our user acquisition discipline.
- Maintain communication with game directors, executives, and key stakeholders on user acquisition performance.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our games' vision, audience, monetization, and market positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, banking, or consulting roles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in programming, preferably in SQL, R or Python.
