Clutch, Canada's largest online used car retailer, is seeking a Vehicle Delivery Specialist in the Bedford, Halifax area. This role involves being the face of Clutch and ensuring customers have a uniquely special experience when receiving their new vehicle. The Vehicle Delivery Specialist will be responsible for delivering purchased vehicles to customers' doors using a single-car hauler.
- Delivering a special experience to customers.
- Driving a single-car hauler to deliver vehicles.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Inspecting the car-hauler.
- Completing customer paperwork.
- Assisting other team members.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record for 3 years.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
- Passion for customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
