The Account Director will oversee a range of communications projects within Medical Education, Medical Affairs, and Publications, utilizing project management, leadership skills, and scientific expertise to deliver scientific services to clients. The ideal candidate should be solutions-focused, enjoy multi-tasking, and be able to establish strong relationships with clients and internal colleagues.

The role involves:

• Supervising communications projects in Medical Education, Medical Affairs, and Publications.
• Using project management and leadership skills.
• Delivering scientific services.
• Establishing strong client relationships.
• Taking on mentorship and line management activities.
• Planning and strategy leadership.

Requirements include:

• Strong experience in a medical communications environment.
• Proven background in project and client management.
• Experience across a variety of deliverables.
• Strong therapy area experience.
• Excellent financial understanding and budgeting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in Life Sciences (beneficial).
