The Pokémon Company International is seeking a TCG Sales Operations Specialist to support tactical day-to-day sales operations and ensure seamless integration with other teams and systems. This role requires a bilingual individual with fluency in both Japanese and English.Responsibilities:
Develop close commercial relationships with key partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet product requirements.
Work with Production and Logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Present product plans to sales and customers.
Update and manage customer communications and internal coordination.
Maintain a customer service-oriented environment.
Contribute to the annual departmental budget and plan.
Provide product information to sales and customers.
Collaborate with sales team members on operational tasks.
Troubleshoot operational and process issues.
Analyze data and take corrective actions.
Coordinate requirements, resources, and dates across teams.
Travel internationally once a year.
Requirements:
Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience.
Fluent Japanese speaker with professional English communication skills.
Attention to detail and organization skills.
Strong account management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Adaptable, professional, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work under pressure and interact effectively with all levels of management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
