Content Review Analyst (Legal Tech) at Brightflag

Brightflag is seeking a detail-oriented and curious recent graduate to join their Business Analyst team as a Content Review Analyst. This role involves invoice review and data extraction, directly impacting customer success and offering career growth within a scaling SaaS company. The position is a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and analysing client submitted invoice data for accuracy
• Utilising internal & external tools to extract, analyse and store said data
• Communicating with team members to ensure efficiency is maintained
• Working to improve analyst team processes

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree
• Team player

• Experience extracting, analysing and improving on data
• Experience with Excel
• Proven attention to detail
• Demonstrate a self-starter attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Systematic approach and logical thinking
