The Clinical Growth Manager at Fay will be responsible for expanding the company's referral network within the healthcare sector, specifically in the Baltimore, MD region. The role involves forging strong relationships with clinicians, organizing meetings and events, and devising market strategies to enhance patient access to quality nutrition care.

The Clinical Growth Manager will contribute significantly to Fay’s mission by broadening its influence within the healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
  • Educate providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
  • Coordinate and attend in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
  • Act as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
  • Help shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust quickly.
  • Confidence leading in-person meetings and events.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships.
  • Curious, resilient, and eager to grow with a fast-paced startup.
