Job Description
Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to lead efforts in growing its referral network of healthcare providers, ensuring more patients have access to high-quality nutrition care. This role involves building and nurturing strong partnerships with referring clinicians, hosting in-person meetings and events, and developing local go-to-market strategies in key markets. The Clinical Growth Manager will directly contribute to expanding the reach of Fay’s mission within the healthcare ecosystem. The role involves:
- Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
- Educating providers about Fay’s services and how Fay supports their patients.
- Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
- Acting as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
- Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.
Requirements for this role include:
- Being energized by connecting with physicians, care teams, and provider organizations.
- Having 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
- Being an excellent communicator who can build trust quickly.
- Feeling confident leading in-person meetings and events to represent Fay in the field.
- Being highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships across different markets.
