Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to lead efforts in growing its referral network of healthcare providers in Boston, MA. The Clinical Growth Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring more patients have access to high-quality nutrition care. The company values heart, hustle, and humility.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
- Educate providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
- Coordinate and attend in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
- Act as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
- Help shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.
Requirements:
- Energized by connecting with physicians, care teams, and provider organizations.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
- Excellent communicator who can build trust quickly.
- Confident leading in-person meetings and events to represent Fay in the field.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships across different markets.
