Job Description

Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to lead efforts in expanding its referral network of healthcare providers. This role is based in Boulder, CO. The Clinical Growth Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with referring clinicians, organizing in-person meetings and events, and creating market strategies within specific locations. The role is crucial for increasing patient access to quality nutrition care and broadening Fay's impact in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
  • Educating providers on Fay’s services and patient support system.
  • Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
  • Acting as the voice of referring providers, sharing insights internally with product and growth teams.
  • Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (preferably in healthcare or digital health).
  • Excellent communication skills for building trust quickly.
  • Confidence in leading in-person meetings and events.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partnerships across different markets.
