Job Description

The Clinical Growth Manager at Fay will spearhead initiatives to expand the company's referral network. This involves cultivating robust partnerships with referring clinicians. They will conduct in-person meetings and events, shaping local market strategies. The role directly contributes to enhancing patient access to quality nutrition care and advancing Fay's broader mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
  • Educate providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
  • Coordinate and attend in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
  • Act as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
  • Help shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust quickly.
  • Confidence in leading in-person meetings and events.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships across different markets.
