Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to expand its referral network of healthcare providers in Columbus, OH. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with referring clinicians, organizing in-person meetings and events, and creating local market strategies.Fay is pioneering a new model for nutrition care—and referral partnerships are key to unlocking access for millions.
Responsibilities: - Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
- Educating providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
- Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
- Acting as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
- Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Confidence in leading in-person meetings and events.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple partnerships.
