Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to lead the growth of their referral network of healthcare providers in Dallas, TX. The Clinical Growth Manager will build and nurture partnerships with referring clinicians, host in-person meetings and events, and develop local go-to-market strategies. This role is crucial in helping people access life-changing care and amplifying Fay’s mission.
Role Involves: - Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
- Educating providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
- Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
- Acting as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
- Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.
Requirements: - Energized by connecting with physicians, care teams, and provider organizations.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
- Excellent communicator who can build trust quickly.
- Confident leading in-person meetings and events to represent Fay in the field.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships across different markets.
