The Clinical Growth Manager role at Fay involves leading the expansion of the referral network of healthcare providers to improve patient access to quality nutrition care. This position requires building and maintaining strong partnerships with referring clinicians, organizing in-person meetings and events, and creating local market strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
  • Educating providers about Fay’s services and their patient support system.
  • Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
  • Acting as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights.
  • Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach.
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust.
  • Experience leading in-person meetings and events.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partnerships.
  • Curiosity, resilience, and eagerness to grow with a fast-paced startup.
