Job Description

Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager in Houston, TX, to expand its referral network of healthcare providers. This role is crucial for connecting more patients with high-quality nutrition care by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with referring clinicians.

The Clinical Growth Manager will develop local go-to-market strategies and represent Fay at in-person meetings and events. They will also serve as the voice of referring providers within Fay, offering insights to product and growth teams.

The role involves:

  • Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
  • Educating providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
  • Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
  • Acting as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
  • Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust quickly.
  • Confidence in leading in-person meetings and events.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partnerships across different markets.
  • Curiosity, resilience, and eagerness to grow with a fast-paced startup.
