The Clinical Growth Manager at Fay will spearhead the expansion of the company's referral network, connecting with healthcare providers to ensure patients have access to quality nutrition care. Responsibilities: - Identifying and cultivating referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
- Educating providers on Fay’s services and patient support.
- Coordinating and participating in in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
- Acting as a liaison, conveying provider feedback to internal product and growth teams.
- Contributing to the development of strategies and tools for effective clinical outreach.
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (healthcare or digital health preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust.
- Experience leading in-person meetings and events.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple partnerships.
