Job Description

Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to lead efforts in expanding their referral network of healthcare providers in the Miami, FL area. This role is crucial in ensuring more patients have access to high-quality nutrition care. The Clinical Growth Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong partnerships with referring clinicians, hosting in-person meetings and events, and developing local go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
• Educating providers about Fay’s services.
• Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations.
• Acting as the voice of referring providers internally.
• Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfort leading in-person meetings and events.
