Job Description
Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to lead efforts in expanding their referral network of healthcare providers in Minneapolis, MN. This role is crucial for ensuring more patients have access to high-quality nutrition care. The Clinical Growth Manager will build and maintain strong partnerships with referring clinicians, organize in-person meetings and events, and create local market strategies. They will also act as a liaison, communicating feedback from referring providers to the product and growth teams.
The role involves:
- Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
- Educating providers about Fay’s services.
- Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
- Acting as the voice of referring providers internally.
- Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.
Fay is looking for someone who:
- Is energized by connecting with physicians, care teams, and provider organizations.
- Has 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
- Is an excellent communicator who can build trust quickly.
