Job Description

Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to lead efforts in growing its referral network of healthcare providers in New York, NY. This role is pivotal in ensuring more patients have access to high-quality nutrition care by building and nurturing strong partnerships with referring clinicians. The Clinical Growth Manager will host in-person meetings and events, develop local go-to-market strategies, and amplify Fay’s mission within the healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
  • Educate providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
  • Coordinate and attend in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
  • Act as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
  • Help shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.

Requirements:

  • Energized by connecting with physicians, care teams, and provider organizations.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
  • Excellent communicator who can build trust quickly.
  • Confident leading in-person meetings and events to represent Fay in the field.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships across different markets.
  • Curious, resilient, and eager to grow with a fast-paced startup.
