Job Description

Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to expand its referral network within the healthcare provider community in Oklahoma City, OK. This role is pivotal in ensuring patients gain access to high-quality nutrition care by building and maintaining relationships with referring clinicians.

The Clinical Growth Manager will represent Fay, nurturing partnerships with healthcare providers and developing localized go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
  • Educate providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
  • Coordinate and attend in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
  • Act as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
  • Help shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust quickly.
  • Confidence in leading in-person meetings and events.
  • High organization and comfort managing multiple partnerships across different markets.
  • Curiosity, resilience, and eagerness to grow with a fast-paced startup.
