Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to expand its referral network of healthcare providers in Philadelphia, PA. This role focuses on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with referring clinicians to improve patient access to quality nutrition care.She will work closely with healthcare providers and organizations, educating them on Fay's services and how they can support patients. The role involves in-person meetings, events, and presentations within local markets.Responsibilities
Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
Educating providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
Acting as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
Excellent communication skills to build trust quickly.
Confidence in leading in-person meetings and events.
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple partnerships across different markets.
