Job Description

Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to expand its referral network in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, the Clinical Growth Manager will build strong partnerships with referring clinicians, host in-person meetings and events, and develop local go-to-market strategies. This is a great opportunity to help people access nutrition care while amplifying Fay’s mission, in the healthcare ecosystem.

The role involves:

  • Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
  • Educating providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
  • Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
  • Acting as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
  • Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.

Requirements:

  • Energized by connecting with physicians, care teams, and provider organizations.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
  • Excellent communicator who can build trust quickly.
  • Confident leading in-person meetings and events to represent Fay in the field.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships across different markets.
  • Curious, resilient, and eager to grow with a fast-paced startup.
