Job Description
Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to lead the company's efforts in expanding its referral network of healthcare providers within the Salt Lake City, UT area. This role is crucial for ensuring that more patients have access to high-quality nutrition care. The Clinical Growth Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with referring clinicians, organizing and attending in-person meetings and events, and creating local go-to-market strategies in key markets.
The ideal candidate will be energized by connecting with physicians, care teams, and provider organizations. They should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and deeply aligned with Fay’s mission.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
- Educating providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
- Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
- Acting as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
- Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
- Excellent communicator who can build trust quickly.
- Comfortable leading in-person meetings and events to represent Fay in the field.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships across different markets.
