Fay is seeking a Clinical Growth Manager to spearhead the expansion of their healthcare provider referral network in Seattle, WA. This role is crucial for ensuring that more patients have access to high-quality nutrition care through strong partnerships with referring clinicians.

The Clinical Growth Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, organizing in-person meetings and events, and creating local market strategies. This position directly contributes to improving access to vital care and extending Fay's influence within the healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
  • Educating providers about Fay’s services and how they support their patients.
  • Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
  • Acting as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights.
  • Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Confidence in leading in-person meetings and events.
  • Strong organizational skills.
