Job Description
The Clinical Growth Manager role at Fay is based in Toledo, OH. The company is seeking someone to spearhead the expansion of their referral network, connecting with healthcare providers to ensure more patients receive quality nutrition care. This person will foster strong relationships with referring clinicians through meetings and events, create local market strategies, and champion Fay's mission within the healthcare community.

The role involves:
  • Identifying and developing referral relationships with clinicians and healthcare organizations.
  • Educating providers about Fay’s services and how Fay supports their patients.
  • Coordinating and attending in-person visits, events, and presentations in local markets.
  • Acting as the voice of referring providers internally, sharing insights with product and growth teams.
  • Helping shape the strategy, tools, and materials that support clinical outreach at scale.

The role requires:
  • Being energized by connecting with physicians, care teams, and provider organizations.
  • Having 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or clinical outreach (especially in healthcare or digital health).
  • Being an excellent communicator who can build trust quickly.
  • Feeling confident leading in-person meetings and events to represent Fay in the field.
  • Being highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships across different markets.
  • Being curious, resilient, and eager to grow with a fast-paced startup.
