Sony Music Entertainment France is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to manage social media for Sony Music France and its labels. The role involves supporting content creation and audience development within the Creative Services department.
Role Involves:
- Managing TikTok, Instagram, and X accounts for Sony Music France and its labels daily.
- Planning and managing the editorial calendar in line with music news.
- Writing captions, hashtags, and CTAs and scheduling posts.
- Responding to comments and engaging with the community.
- Creating engaging content (stories, reels, posts) for various platforms.
- Developing original formats to promote Sony Music France artists.
- Monitoring social media trends and creative formats.
- Coordinating with project managers, social creatives, and other stakeholders.
- Participating in editorial meetings and brainstorms.
- Monitoring social media trends, emerging formats, and best practices.
- Assisting in analyzing content performance (reach, engagement, views).
- Providing recommendations to improve publications and optimize results.
Requirements:
- Culture musical and closely follow the latest releases.
- A strong interest in social media trends and creators.
- Organized and rigorous.
- Excellent spelling and syntax.
- Proficiency in editing and visual creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, Première).
- Curious and proactive.
- Enrolled in the last year of a communication/digital marketing program.
