MindGym is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join their team in London. This role is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office. The ideal candidate will transform data into actionable insights and develop dashboards.
The Sales Operations Analyst's responsibilities encompass creating and managing sophisticated reports and dashboards, conducting thorough data analysis, eliciting and converting stakeholder requirements, creating scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, working together with commercial, finance, and IT teams, and ensuring continuous improvement of reporting tools.
What this role involves:
- Design and maintain engaging Power BI dashboards and Salesforce reports
- Collect and analyse complex data from multiple sources
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Build and automate scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Query and DAX
- Partner with commercial, finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment
- Monitor dashboard usage and effectiveness, identifying ways to improve clarity, efficiency, and functionality
MindGym requires:
- 2+ years in a data analysis, BI, or reporting role
- Advanced Power BI development skills, with experience using DAX, Power Query, and data modelling techniques
- Strong Excel and working knowledge of SQL
- Analytical thinker with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Clear and confident communicator who can make data meaningful for non-technical stakeholders
