Senior Payments Operations Operational Resilience Officer at Pay.UK

Pay.UK is seeking a Senior Payments Operations Operational Resilience Officer to support the delivery of operational post-incident reviews and resilience testing. The role requires effective collaboration with Payments Ops teams and ensuring robust processes are in place. The senior officer will support the Payments Resilience Operations Manager in meeting regulatory obligations through monitoring, testing, and reporting on incidents and planned test scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Building strong internal and external relationships to deliver solutions.
• Providing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting compliance with Pay.UK policies and procedures.
• Promoting diversity and inclusion across Pay.UK.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a financial industry or compliance role.
• Knowledge of business practices and risks related to resilience.
• Ability to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Solution-oriented mindset with effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in managing tasks and handling multiple projects.
