Job Description
Founda Health is seeking an Integration Consultant to lead the technical delivery of healthcare data exchange solutions. This role involves managing end-to-end integration projects and acting as a bridge between customer needs and system capabilities. The Integration Consultant will ensure secure, seamless interoperability across healthcare systems and tools.

Role involves:
  • Configuring and deploying solutions for seamless integration.
  • Overseeing technical implementation and translating customer needs into project plans.
  • Acting as a key technical point of contact for customers.
  • Contributing to solution design and managing project timelines.
  • Providing customer feedback to product teams.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years in technical implementation or integration, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare.
  • Strong experience with system integrations, data standards (HL7, FHIR), and healthcare IT tools.
  • Proficiency with Windows/Linux, Apache Tomcat, Postgres, scripting (Ansible), and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with GDPR/HIPAA compliance and regulated environments.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch; German is a strong advantage.
  • Must have a valid EU work permit.
