Regional Director, LATAM at Stellar Development Foundation

The Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) is seeking a Regional Director for LATAM to drive business development efforts and serve as a key public-facing voice for the Stellar ecosystem. This role involves coordinating SDF activity in the region, from business development with developers and financial institutions to event planning and policy initiatives. The Regional Director will support partnership teams, contribute to OKRs, and assist with regulatory and government relations. Responsibilities include:

• Business development for DeFi expansion, monthly address growth, and asset tokenization.
• Supporting regulatory and government relations.
• Assisting in planning and executing regional events.

Requirements include:

• 10+ years of experience in business development within blockchain, fintech, or financial services.
• 2+ years of blockchain industry experience.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive.
• Ability to travel frequently.
