Regional Director, LATAM at Stellar Development Foundation

The Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) is seeking a Regional Director to drive business development efforts across LATAM. This role will be a key public-facing voice, educating the region about the Stellar ecosystem and coordinating SDF activity. The Regional Director will support partnership teams and company objectives, owning primary OKRs.

• Business development related to expanding DeFi
• Increasing monthly addresses
• Driving asset tokenization
• Assisting on regulatory and government relations
• Assisting the Ecosystem team to identify, plan, and run events in region.

• 10+ years of experience in business development within blockchain, fintech, or financial services
• 2+ years of experience in the blockchain industry
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape
• Experience working with crypto exchanges, custodians, and asset tokenization platforms
• Accountability with ability to communicate regional progress
• Collaborative team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive
• Ability to travel as needed
