Powerdot is seeking a Customer Care Representative with fluency in Polish to join their team in Lisbon. The Customer Care Representative will play a crucial role in supporting operations across Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland. This individual will handle a high volume of customer contacts via various channels, investigate issues to determine root causes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. They will also provide feedback to management regarding processes and trends.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer contacts through calls, email, and tickets.
- Investigate the root cause of issues.
- Master multiple applications and resources.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Escalate urgent issues for resolution.
- Document customer contacts and trends.
- Provide feedback to management.
Requirements:
- High proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
- Empathy and understanding of user experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in electric mobility.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon.
- Availability to travel across Europe periodically.
