Softermii, an outsourcing/outstaffing company with a team of over 120 specialists, is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React and Node.js. The engineer will contribute to an innovative social casino platform, ensuring ethical standards and legal compliance. The platform utilizes virtual rewards, competitive tournaments, and a diverse game selection to enhance user experience.He will be responsible for:- Optimizing applications for speed and scalability using ReactJS and Next.js.
- Implementing modern UI/UX practices using TailwindCSS and shadcn/ui.
- Architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack features using Node.js, React, and Next.js.
- Deploying, managing, and monitoring applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda).
- Integrating with third-party services.
- Developing internal tools and automations.
- Leading and mentoring the development team, conducting code reviews, and ensuring technical quality.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues across the full stack.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Experience working in the casino, social casino, or gaming industry.
- Strong expertise in ReactJS, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Proven track record with TailwindCSS and shadcn/ui.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Vercel for deployment and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in performance-focused database design.
- Solid understanding of third-party API integrations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
