UX/UI Designer:in (all genders) at DigitalService GmbH des Bundes

The DigitalService is seeking a UX/UI Designer to contribute to the creation of a digital state in collaboration with the German administration. The company partners with the administration to strengthen its digitalization, driving digital transformation through iterative product development.

Role Involves:

• Collaborative, iterative development and design of inclusive digital administrative services within a cross-functional project team.
• Responsibility for the conception and implementation of the design in all phases of the development process.
• Conducting user research and usability testing.
• Translating findings into user journeys and new product features.
• Contributing to the continuous development of our design system.

Requirements:

• Experience in UX/UI design and the development of digital products and services.
• Methodological design knowledge.
• Proficiency with Figma or Sketch.
• Experience in conducting exploratory research.
• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
