SpotOn is seeking an Associate Director of Enablement to lead strategic planning and execution of enablement initiatives. This role focuses on building scalable enablement programs to optimize team performance and enhance operational functions across customer-facing teams.

The Associate Director will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with business goals and client satisfaction. He/She will contribute to the development of operational strategies that drive efficiency, scalability, and customer-centric outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead enablement strategies focused on workforce performance.
  • Establish and oversee quality standards and evaluation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align enablement goals with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure consistent enablement.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of enablement and quality professionals.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Enablement, Operations, or Customer Experience leadership.
  • Proven success in designing enablement programs.
  • Experience managing quality assurance functions.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership in team development and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
