Senior Solution Consultant at Rimes Technologies

Rimes is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join their growing Enterprise Data Management (EDM) business. This role involves scaling the Enterprise Management Data services platform, used by a global customer base. The Senior Solution Consultant will engage with customers to understand their objectives and deliver solutions using Rimes' capabilities. They will design and deploy strategic business workflows, ensuring the full range of capabilities are considered during design and implementation. The role involves developing improved practices to enhance the implementation model's efficiency. They act as a senior point of contact within Professional Services, escalating more complex projects from less experienced team members.Responsibilities include leading investment and operational workflow design sessions, coordinating customer-specific configurations, and assisting in user training. The consultant will take ownership of solutions, working with Project Management to ensure timely delivery, and participate in assessing requirements and solutions during the presales process.

• Understanding customer objectives and goals to deliver on solutions using Rimes capabilities
• Engaging the Customer to understand, design, and deploy strategic business workflows
• Leading investment and operational workflow design sessions
• Coordinating and assisting in customer-specific configuration, testing, and user training

Requirements include experience implementing scalable business processes on investment data management or trading platforms, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong analytical and computer skills.
