Ogilvy One is looking for an experienced Account Director to manage a client portfolio and drive organic growth. The candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer experience, from strategy to execution in various channels. He/she combines client-facing and business development skills with the strategic capability to advise clients on their digital and experience objectives.This role involves:
- Driving client strategy across a portfolio of accounts.
- Managing a portfolio of projects and growing revenue.
- Elevating client strategy to performance, data-driven, and CRM-activated strategies.
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with client-side management.
- Managing resources, budgets, and timelines for accounts.
- Orchestrating internal strategy and creative teams.
- Working with global centers of excellence for delivery.
- Participating in the wider regional digital community.
- Guiding and inspiring agency teams.
Requirements include:
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role within a client services, planning, or project management team within the CX sector.
- A balanced understanding of digital channels and media.
- Experience achieving significant improvements in results through innovative campaign strategies.
- Superior communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and ideally Arabic.
