Reporting & Analytics Specialist (w/m/d) at IONOS DE

IONOS is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Specialist to join their Business Analytics team in Karlsruhe. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development, administration, and advancement of IONOS's Business Intelligence landscape.

The candidate will collaborate closely with internal developers and stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making processes and ensure the quality and effectiveness of reporting systems.

Role Involves:

• Developing and maintaining the reporting landscape in close collaboration with internal developers.
• Analyzing requirements for the implementation of new solutions, key performance indicators (KPIs), and forecasts.
• Serving as a contact person for detailed data analysis, identification of drivers and dependencies, and definition of KPIs and their forecasting models.
• Coordinating with internal/external stakeholders within the organization in the development and implementation of new KPIs and reports, as well as adjustments to existing ones.
• Ensuring the continuous quality assurance of reported KPIs.
• Independently developing the reporting landscape according to analysis needs.
• Preparing and conducting meetings, workshops, and training sessions to improve data competence throughout the organization.
• Developing and maintaining documentation, parameters, and user manuals to ensure smooth operation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field.
• A high degree of initiative, a quick grasp of concepts, and enthusiasm for exciting tasks.
• Analytical and creative thinking combined with a structured, team-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Practical experience in analyzing business-relevant information and KPIs.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including data visualization and data modeling.
• Basic SQL knowledge (experience with the MS SQL Server Stack and SQL Server Analysis Services is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good English language skills.
