The Quality Group (TQG), a leading German company in sports nutrition, is seeking a Koordinator Produktionsservices (gn) for their Elmshorn location. The candidate will be the first point of contact for employees in production and warehouse, addressing needs related to the working environment, personal protective equipment (PSA), and consumables. The role involves coordinating external service providers, managing professional clothing, access control, and onboarding new employees. This person will also be responsible for invoice verification, creating offer comparisons, processing orders, and digitizing production data.

• Serving as the primary contact for production and warehouse employees.
• Coordinating external service providers.
• Organizing and distributing work clothes.

• Actively participating in process development and optimization.

• A completed commercial training or similar experience.
• Ideally, experience with external service providers and in a production environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, a structured and independent work style.
• A hands-on mentality and a willingness to actively shape processes.
• Good computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Very good knowledge of German; Turkish skills are a plus.
