Founder's Associate Intern (Product Development) (m/w/d) at charles

Charles is seeking a Founder's Associate Intern to join their Product Development Team in Berlin. The intern will work closely with the VP of Product and VP of Engineering, acting as an extension of their bandwidth to increase the productivity of the Product Department. This involves data-driven tasks such as developing department reporting and ad-hoc analyses, as well as ensuring efficient operations by preparing and hosting meetings. The intern will gain unique insights into the workings of a fast-growing startup.

The role involves:

• Preparing business-critical presentations for the Founder and VPs.
• Setting up, maintaining, and enhancing recurring analyses.
• Collaborating with VPs on project management, OKR setting, and reporting.
• Running ad-hoc analyses and research.
• Establishing processes and best practices to help the organization mature.
• Supporting company events.

Requirements:

• Experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., consulting, private equity, banking, VC, startups).
• Strong PPT, Excel, and Figma skills (ThinkCell is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools like Looker Studio.
• Highly structured and able to take ownership and execute projects quickly.
• High sense of integrity and responsibility.
• Minimum 3 months availability.
• Excellent English writing and conversational skills.
