Re-Leased is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their team in London. The company's vision is to shape the future of Commercial Real Estate. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through strategic upsell opportunities, cross-sell initiatives, and long-term customer retention. They will build deep relationships with key stakeholders, aligning product capabilities with customer goals to drive adoption, satisfaction, and expansion. This role involves guiding customers to expand their Re-Leased footprint, helping unlock greater value and enhance business performance. Role involves:
- Negotiating contract renewals
- Identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Acting as an internal advocate for the Re-Leased product
- Owning and developing long-term relationships with key clients
- Leading insightful and value-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Serving as the voice of the customer internally
- Proactively forecasting potential retention risk
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Leading the evolution of AM best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Commercially astute
- Understanding of the Re-Leased product and market
