Conference Coordinator Volunteer at United Media

Private Equity Insights is seeking a Conference Coordinator Volunteer to support their Nordics Private Equity Conference in Stockholm on November 20, 2025. This is an opportunity for students and individuals interested in private equity to expand their network and develop leadership skills. The volunteer will be part of a team of 25+ peers assisting in building and delivering the conference. The conference brings together C-level executives, GPs and LPs, entrepreneurs, and investors from top firms.Role Involves:

• Assisting with conference logistics
• Supporting the Private Equity Insights team
• Networking with industry leaders
• Participating in training sessions and rehearsals

Requirements:

• Students in business or finance programs, or individuals with a strong interest in private equity
• Ambitious and talented individuals
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Availability on November 19th (afternoon for training) and November 20th, 2025
