Private Equity Insights is seeking an Event Coordinator Volunteer to support their Private Equity Conference on October 10th, 2025, at the Hilton Amsterdam Hotel in Amsterdam. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals to expand their network with over 500 leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and partners within the private equity sector. As a volunteer, the individual will be a crucial part of a team of 25+ peers, contributing to the success of the leading Private Equity Conference. Private Equity Insights emphasizes that their volunteers are indispensable to the organization's success.This role involves:
  • Assisting with conference setup and logistics
  • Supporting speakers and attendees
  • Ensuring smooth event operations
  • Participating in a training session and rehearsals the afternoon before the event
Requirements include:
  • Availability on the day of the conference and for a 2-hour training session the day before
  • Enthusiasm for event coordination and networking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
