Role Involves:

• Assisting with conference setup and execution
• Supporting speakers and attendees
• Participating in training and rehearsals
• Networking with industry professionals

• Availability on the day of the conference (September 26th, 2025)
• Availability for a 2-hour training session the afternoon before the event
