Finance Manager (Controlling) at PsiBufet

Butternut is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Zabrze. The Finance Manager will be responsible for all key controlling and reporting activities, with a focus on cost efficiency and control within a fast-paced environment. The role involves working within the plant leadership team and reporting to the Head of Finance EU, while closely collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Gaining a deep understanding of business and operations processes.
• Preparing and analysing weekly and periodic finance reports and KPIs.
• Proposing cost efficiency initiatives.
• Playing a key role in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Executing data collection and ensuring data integrity.
• Supporting the Plant Director with calculations and analyses.
• Cooperating with other teams within the company and the Capital Group.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, including 3 years as a Finance Controller/Manager in manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of Excel (Google Sheets is a plus).
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Experience working with SAP B1 is welcome.
• Well-organized and able to work independently.
• Analytical mindset and ability to draw conclusions.
• Growth-oriented and able to propose flexible solutions.
• Ability to challenge team members to improve processes and cost-effectiveness.
