Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Supervising Clinician. The Supervising Clinician will embody the company's core clinical values and respect the values of clients. They will oversee ABA Therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians.
Centria's Foundations of Care model focuses on individualized care through assent-based care, Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT), and Universal Protocols. What this role involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele to drive compliance and retention.
- Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Leading and maintaining staff by orienting and training team members.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher.
- Completed 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete).
- BCBA certification.
- Active state license (if applicable).
- 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience (preferred).
- Crisis management experience (preferred).
