Lightspeed is seeking a full-time Partner Growth Manager to join its rapidly growing Partnerships team in North America. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, the Partner Growth Manager will play a key role in generating net new revenue by establishing strong, strategic relationships with existing referring partners. The ideal candidate will have experience selling technology solutions through referral channels and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of existing SMB/mid-market partners in the retail sector.
- Reviewing and analyzing partner performance metrics.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create joint initiatives.
- Working with the strategic sales, marketing, and sales development team to ensure a high-quality pool.
- Designing and implementing workflows, processes, and guides.
- Being the voice of the partner.
- Designing and implementing incentive programs.
- Providing ongoing training and development resources.
- Fostering long-term relationships with partners.
- Promoting a partner-centric approach within the organization.
- Representing Lightspeed at major trade shows and industry events.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, B2B or sales networks.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive referral partner growth strategies.
- Strong negotiation and sales forecasting skills.
- In-depth understanding of the partnership landscape and go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative approach to working cross-functionally with our strategic sales team and managers.
- Background in training, motivating, and building strong relationships with partners.
